Donation & Refund Policy

Pets Protectors Network accepts donations to support animal rescue, protection, rehabilitation, adoption support, and community awareness programs.

Donation policy

Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the organization’s mission. Donations do not represent the purchase of physical goods or services.

Refund policy

Donations are generally final once processed. However, we may review refund requests submitted within 14 days of the donation date in cases such as duplicate donations, incorrect donation amounts, or unauthorized transactions.

To request a refund review, contact contact@petsprotectorsnetwork.org with your name, donation date, donation amount, and transaction reference if available.

Recurring donations

If recurring donations are enabled, donors may request cancellation before the next scheduled billing date by contacting us. Cancellation requests received after a payment has already processed may apply to future payments only.

No shipping or returns

Because donations do not involve physical goods, there is no shipping, delivery, or product return process.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a donation, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
